Short version: your details are used to run the network and nothing else.
What we collect
When you join or ask for a chat, we collect what you type into the form: your name, business name, email, phone if you give it, your suburb, and anything you write in the message box. We also record which page the form was on.
Why we collect it
To confirm your membership, to send you The HVAC Contractor's Survival Guide, to send the newsletter and resources you signed up for, and to reply if you asked for a chat.
Who sees it
Kevin James, and the people who help run HVAC Advantage. Your details are stored in our own systems and are not sold. They are not passed to suppliers, wholesalers or manufacturers.
How long we keep it
For as long as you are a member. Ask us to remove you and we will, and that is the end of it.
